Hyundai Motors India unveils new 28,000 sq.m headquarters in Gurugram
Hyundai Motor India, the country's second-largest car maker opened its new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Gurugram today. The new headquarters dubbed the 'Center for Transformation of a Better Tomorrow' will pave the path for seamless development in the transportation sector and beyond. Hyundai Motors India devised an unprecedented experience for their employees in this new home. It is constructed very cleverly to maintain the balance between human interaction with nature and technology.
The state-of-the-art facility has a total built-up area of more than 28 000 square metres. Hyundai Motor India has thoughtfully mixed components that cultivate an ecology overflowing with energy, optimism, harmony, nature, and technology, thanks to its technological expertise and human-centric vision. Hyundai Motor India has invested over $ 4 Billion in India and has 17 regional offices and 2000+ customer touchpoints across India.
The 28,000 square meter facility consists of a 400 square meter green wall with live plants, 50 kW solar panels on its roof top, 14 EV charging units (3 DC fast charging & 11 AC normal charging) and a landscaping view in front of the building with seating elements are some the environment-friendly amenities within this structure. Open and flexible seating for employees, 11 meeting rooms, 24 soundproof focus rooms, 2 business lounges, 2 Caf Lounges, 7 video conferencing rooms, a multipurpose hall with collapsible seating for 144 individuals and a canteen that can seat over 300 persons are some of the workplace efficiency facilities.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of the honourable chief minister of Haryana, Shri Manohar Lal.
