The adventure tourer segment has been gaining a lot of attention of late. Almost every motorcycle manufacturer is working on bringing out such an offering. The latest to enter this scene is SWM Motorcycles from Italy. Â Not a popular brand outside Italy, SMW motorcycles has an interesting portfolio of cafe racers, classics and adventure tourer as well. MotorRoyale is planning on bringing the motorcycle brand. And the first product to enter the country us the Superdual adventure tourer. The SWM presents a skinny front cross-section. Ignore the additional lights, it is clear that these studio shots have been superseeded by a slight change in spec
The Superdual T has a lofty seat height at 890mm but don't panic just yet. The long suspension sags a bit when you climb on and most peoplewill be able to get at least the toes down.
Stripped off the luggage, the SWM Superdual T looks (and feels) like a big dirtbike. The panels looks good and the quality levels are par for the course.

The SWM Superdual T is a basic motorcycle in the sense of its single-downtube crable frame and other aggregates. But it rides well on its long-travel suspension and feels good on broken tarmac
The front-end of the SuperDual T has the FastAce adjustable upside-down forks, Brembo sliding caliper brakes, a 300mm disc and road-biased on-off road Metzeler Tourance tyres on an 19-inch spoked rim
The auxiliary lights are not standard equipment on the SWM Superdual T and might be offered as either a higher trim or an accessory kit
The SWM 600cc engine is fuel-injected and makes 54PS/53.5Nm. The liquid-cooled engine traces its lineage back to a Husqvarna engine but has been updated to meet the current emissions norms

The SWM Superdual T has simple switchgear. The soft rubber throttle grip just has an old-school engine kill switch and a starter button
The left side switches have the headlight controls, horn and indicators. The extra toggle is for the auxiiary lights that SWM says is part of the optional touring kit
