In pictures: 2024 KTM 390 Duke
KTM recently introduced the 2024 new generation 390 Duke at Rs 3.11 lakh (ex-showroom). The street fighter now packs adjustable front and rear suspension, a new chassis, a new TFT colour display, additional features, and lighter wheels, among others. Above all, there is a new LC4c 398.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine coupled to a six-speed gearbox. This motor delivers 46PS at 8,500rpm and 39Nm of torque at 6,500rpm, which is a noticeable increase from the previous 43.5PS and 37Nm of torque.
Before going to the picture gallery of the new-gen 390 Duke, here are some key features and specifications highlights: a five-inch colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, ride-by-wire, three ride modes (Street, Rain, and Track), a slipper clutch, dual-channel ABS with cornering ABS, a quick-shifter, and launch control. In terms of hardware, the motorcycle gets WP Apex open cartridge upside-down front forks with compression and rebound adjustability, a WP Apex offset rear mono-shock with preload and five-step rebound adjustability, a single 320mm front disc brake paired with a four-piston radial fixed calliper, and a single 240mm rear disc brake with a two-piston floating calliper.
