Jaguar F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 launched in India with only 394 units to be produced worldwide
The Jaguar F-Pace SVR Edition 1988, a limited-edition vehicle from British luxury carmaker Jaguar, is said to have been influenced by the company's long history in racing. The Edition 1988 moniker honours the World Sports-Prototype Championship-winning XJR-9's racing accomplishments in 1988.
The Jaguar F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 is now available for orders in India and is only intended for 394 units of production for the entire world.
Midnight Amethyst Gloss paintwork is a new colour that will only be offered to Jaguar F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 customers.. The SUV also comes with distinctive Sunset Gold satin highlights on the exterior and within the interior, as well as optional 22-inch Champagne Gold forged alloy wheels. It also receives an SV Bespoke commissioned graphic that reads "One of 394."
The F-Pace SVR limited edition also includes Black Pack components. The brake callipers, door mirror caps, and brake callipers are all finished in Gloss Black, and the SVR badging is added to the wheel centre caps and the letter R. A Sunset Gold Satin Jaguar leaper and letters are added to the 1988 edition's tailgate. Each front wing panel has the Edition 1988 emblem laser-etched into it.
A V8 supercharged engine that generates 550PS powers the Jaguar F-Pace SVR Edition 1988. Jaguar claims 0 to 100kmph run in 4 seconds flat. According to the automobile manufacturer, this special edition F-Pace offers improved high-performance driving characteristics.
The F-Pace SVR's interior has distinctive Sunset Gold Satin detailing on the dashboard, steering wheel spokes, gear change paddles, and heated and cooled front Performance Seats, along with open-pore carbon fibre finishes and semi-aniline Ebony leather upholstery. The dashboard and lighted treadplates include discreet SV Bespoke and Edition 1988 branding, while the Jaguar leaper and horn ring on the steering wheel are finished in Satin Black.
