Jeep and Citroen India to hike up prices by upto 2% from 2025

Jeep and Citroen, two companies owned by Stellantis, announced a pricing change for all of their products that would take effect on January 1, 2025. Depending on the particular car model, the increase might be as much as 2 percent for all models. The purpose of this price increase is to guarantee industry-compliant sustainable operations and counteract the impact of growing input costs.

Until December 31, 2024, Stellantis India is providing clients who want to purchase a Jeep or Citroen car with the chance to take advantage of the current price structure and alluring end-of-year discounts. Stellantis India is still committed to providing value while making sure that its business operations are sustainable in the long run.

Commenting on the decision, Shailesh Hazela, Managing Director and CEO, of Stellantis India said, "Both Citron and Jeep brands are aimed to offer customers greater value to its respective audience, and we have been extremely prudent to ensure the value quotient remains above par than what is being offered in the market. While the price revision is necessitated by increasing input costs and exchange rates, we stand steadfast in our commitment to continue to be focused on providing value, high quality, and a great driving experience to its customers."

Many manufacturers, like Tata Motors, Kia India, Mahindra & Mahindra have all announced a price hike that will come into effect at the beginning of 2025.
