Maruti Suzuki Ciaz updated with new safety features and dual-tone colour
The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz has received some updates for the first time in a while. The car now has more standard safety equipment and a new dual-tone colour option in its top variant.
Based on the top Alpha variant, the Ciaz dual-tone is available at Rs 11.14 lakh for the manual and Rs 12.34 lakh for the automatic.
The sedan now comes standard with Hill Hold Assist and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) in addition to the previously available safety features like twin airbags, ISOFIX, and rear parking sensors. This is in addition to the new two-tone colour option. The firm asserts that Ciaz has over 20 safety measures in total.
Mechanically, the 1.5-litre K15 Smart Hybrid petrol engine that powers the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz continues to produce 105PS and 138Nm of torque at. Both a four-speed automatic and a five-speed manual transmission are offered for this engine.
Introducing the dual-tone Ciaz, Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, "We are thrilled to introduce the new Ciaz, featuring three new dual-tone colour options and additional safety features. The Ciaz has been a beloved choice among our customers and has attained remarkable success, completing eight years in the market.
