Mercedes-Benz India inaugurates new service facility in Kochi
Premium car manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz recently inaugurated a new service facility in Kochi, thus expanding its service network in South India. The new service facility is spread across 6,285 sq.ft. with six service bays and is Rajasree Motors' fifth outlet in Kerala and 27th for Mercedes-Benz in South India. Mercedes-Benz mentions that this new facility was built in short span of eight months and has been setup with an investment of Rs 2.4 crore. This new facility is equipped with six dedicated service bays including an AMG, a premier express bay and four other dedicated bays for preventive maintenance and general repair and can service up to 7,500 cars in a year.

In other news, Mercedes-Benz recently launched the V-Class luxury MPV in India at Rs 68.40 lakh ex-showroom. The V-Class is available in Exclusive (six-seater) and Expression (seven-seater) variants, with all the comfort and luxury expected from the three-pointed star as standard. The V-Class enters the country as a CBU import, and is powered by a BS6-compliant 2.1-litre diesel engine. The Exclusive trim costs Rs 81.90 lakh.
