2024 Kia Carnival Highlights

Inside, the India-spec Carnival will come with "Luxury Powered Relaxation" for the second-row, which includes seat ventilation and leg extension. The minimalist cabin now features dual 12.3-inch displays for the touchscreen infotainment system and instrument panel, smart powered sliding doors, two split sunroof, and Level 2 autonomy with 23 functions.

Other features could include a heads-up display, eight airbags, an air purifier, wireless charging pad, multi-colour ambient lighting, multi-zone temperature control, rear entertainment package with a 14.6-inch screen, driver's Ergo Motion seat, and digital inside rearview mirror. Internationally, there are three interior colour themes, such as taupe, navy grey, and cotton beige.

2024 Kia Carnival Design

The new Carnival features an upmarket design and SUV-ish body style. Its overall design matches to that of the newer Kia models. There are new and big L-shaped daytime driving lights, a large grille, a full length light bar at the back, and vertically stacked headlights. Also on offer are new 18-inch alloy wheels.

2024 Kia Carnival Engine Specifications

Powering the new Carnival is a 3.5-litre V6 petrol producing 287PS and 353Nm of torque, a 2.2-litre diesel with 200PS and 440Nm, and a 1.6-litre turbo-petrol hybrid powertrain that delivers 242PS and 367Nm. The India-spec model could get the hybrid or diesel powertrain. In fact, the previous generation Carnival had the same 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, diesel engine that delivers 200PS and 440Nm of torque.

2024 Kia Carnival Rivals

In India, the 2024 Carnival Limousine will compete against the Toyota Innova Hycross, which has been priced between Rs 19.77 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom). We expect the new Carnival to come with a price tag of around Rs 35 lakh to 45 lakh.
