New TVS Ronin Special Edition launched in India at Rs 1.73 lakh

TVS Motor Company has embraced the festive spirit by launching the Ronin Special Edition in India. Priced at Rs 1,72,700 (ex-showroom), this new offering promises a combination of new colour and a variety of accessories for motorcycle enthusiasts looking to add an extra dash of excitement.

TVS Ronin Special Edition Highlights

The new Special Edition Ronin features fresh graphics and a triple tone Nimbus Grey paint scheme comprising grey, white, and red. It also gets subtle details with 'R' logo pattern, wheels 'TVS Ronin' branding, blacked-out headlamp bezel. On the other hand, the lower portion is now all-black. Being a special edition model, TVS has given it a range of accessories, such as a USB charging port, a fly screen, and a new EFI cover.

TVS Ronin Special Edition Features and specifications

The bike maker has bestowed the Ronin Special Edition with the same features as the standard model, which includes dual-channel ABS, two ABS modes, Bluetooth-enabled fully digital console, upside down front forks, all-LED lighting, a rear mono-shock with seven-step pre-load adjustability, assist-and-slip clutch, 300mm front disc brake, 240mm rear disc brake, adjustable levers, 110/70 17 section front tyre, and 130/70 17 section rear tyre. Plus, it boasts TVS SmartXonnect with turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alert, ETA, and more.

The seat height of the Ronin stands at 795mm, while it has a ground clearance of 181mm. The kerb weight of the motorcycle is rated at 160kg. Meanwhile, it can store 14 litres of fuel.

TVS Ronin Special Edition Powertrain

Powering the Ronin Special Edition is a 225.9cc, single-cylinder, oil/air-cooled engine producing 20.4PS at 7,750rpm and 19.93Nm of torque at 3,750rpm. It comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
