Nissan Magnite Geza Edition launched in India; price at Rs 7.39 lakh
Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. has launched the new Magnite Geza Edition in India at Rs 7.39 lakh (ex-showroom). With this, the Magnite Geza Edition gains a handful of revised features. This special edition model draws inspiration from Japanese theatre and its musical themes. Notably, the Magnite Geza Edition is available only with the naturally aspirated petrol engine.
The recently launched Magnite Geza Edition gets several new features, such as a new nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a JBL sound system, a new beige upholstery, wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ambient lighting that can be managed by an app, a rear view camera, and a shark fin antenna.
The Magnite Geza Edition carries the overall exterior design and the cabin also remains unchanged except of the aforementioned fresh additions.
As a part of the recent update, Nissan announced that it will offer a few safety features in the all variants of the Magnite as standard. The list of new standard features includes Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and Hill Start Assist (HSA).
Nissan Magnite Geza Special Edition: PowertrainPowering the Magnite Geza Edition is a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 72PS and 96Nm of torque. This motor comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. On the other hand, the regular Magnite, along with the 1.0-litre NA engine, is also available with a 1.0-litre, inline three-cylinder, turbo-petrol motor that makes 100PS and 160Nm (152Nm with CVT) of torque. This unit can be mated to a five-speed manual and a CVT automatic. It is to be noted that the Magnite meets with new BS6 phase-2 emission norms.
