Porsche bring the Panamera Platinum Edition to India at Rs 1.71 crore
The Platinum edition of the Porsche Panamera, which was unveiled internationally last month, will now be available in India. In India, the Porsche Panamera Platinum edition begins at Rs.1.71 crore.
The Porsche Panamera Platinum version comes standard with black tailpipes, gloss black window trim and metallic colour. It also comes with a satin finish for the air outlet trim and Porsche branding on the boot lid, platinum-finish 21-inch alloy wheels, black brushed aluminium door sill guards with the 'Platinum Edition' emblem and black inside upholstery with a brushed aluminium finish.
The Porsche Panamera has been available in India in four variants that is the standard model, GTS, Turbo S and S E-Hybrid. The Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition is likely to be available in two versions: regular and top-of-the-line standard S E-Hybrid. A 2.9-litre V6 twin-turbo engine with 330PS and 450 Nm of peak torque will power the basic model. The S E-Hybrid, on the other hand, will combine a 4-litre V8 engine with a 100-kW electric motor to provide 690PS and 870 Nm of peak torque. All of the vehicles will be available with a PDK eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
As standard, the Porsche Panamera Platinum version has 14-way electrically adjustable front seats, LED matrix headlights with PDLS Plus (Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus), adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), a 14-speaker Bose sound system and more.
Pricing for the Porsche Panamera Platinum edition begins at Rs 1.71 crore (ex-showroom).
