Rs 10,000 off on Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400X

Triumph Motorcycles India is celebrating the first anniversary of its Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. The retro-looking roadster was launched in July 2023, while the scrambler-inspired Scrambler 400X arrived in October last year. On the occasion, the brand is offering a special anniversary discount of Rs 10,000 on both motorcycles. It is to be noted that the offer is valid only until 31 July, 2024.

Alongside the announcement of the limited period discounts, Triumph, on its social media handle, also revealed that it has sold over 50,000 units of the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X 50 countries across the globe.

Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400X: Highlights

The Scrambler 400X is available in three dual-tone colours: Matt Khaki Green with Fusion White, Phantom Black with Silver Ice, and Carnival Red with Phantom Black. Whereas, the Speed 400 comes in three shades: Caspian Blue, Carnival Red, and Phantom Black. A few design elements and mechanicals set them apart, such as the seat, exhaust, and tyres. The Scrambler 400X also gets a scrambler-like side oval panel and hand guards.

Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400X: Features and Specifications

Although the motorcycles have distinct visual identities, they share a common set of features, namely a semi-digital cluster, ride-by-wire, traction control, slipper clutch, and dual-channel ABS.

Further, they get 43mm upside down front forks, a rear mono-shock with preload adjustability, a 230mm single disc at the rear (both), 300mm single disc with a four-piston calliper (Speed 400), and 320mm single disc with a four-piston calliper (Scrambler 400X).

Triumph Scrambler 400X and Speed 400: Engine Specifications

Both the motorcycles get the 398.15cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine producing 40PS at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 37.5Nm at 6,500rpm. The motor is coupled to a six-speed gearbox.
