TVS Motor India recently unveiled the long-awaited Apache RTR 310 in India âÂ" a naked version of the RR 310. This new offering from TVS elevates the Apache RTR 310 to new heights with its striking design, a more potent engine, a revamped sub-frame, an array of high-tech features, and a plethora of customisation options available through TVS' Built to Order programme. The Apache RTR 310 now enters the competitive arena against three formidable counterparts in India: the Triumph Speed 400, BMW G 310 R, and the upcoming 2024 KTM 390 Duke.
The India-bound new-gen 390 Duke emerges as the most powerful motorcycle among the rivals on the paper, followed by the Speed 400. On the other hand, the G 310 R and Apache RTR 310 use the same engine, but since TVS' tune up engine has made its naked offering marginally more powerful than the BMW. That said, all motorcycles feature liquid-cooling, dual overhead camshaft, and a six-speed gearbox.
