Tata adds the Tropical Mist colour palette to its entire Safari lineup
The new Tata Safari offered its special Tropical Mist colour palette only on the Safari Adventure variant. That changes now, as Tata will now include the Tropical Mist colour across the Safari lineup.
The Tropical Mist joins the Royale Blue, Daytona Grey, and Orcus White colour palette options in the Safari lineup. However, the Tropical Mist lacks all of the Adventure Edition's tough features, such as a dual-tone black and light brown interior upholstery theme, blacked-out wheels, and matte black/gunmetal grey chrome components.
The Tata Safari is available in 10 different configurations, including six-seater and seven-seater configurations. An 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as i-RA connected car technology, a 7-inch semi-digital driver's display, electronic parking brake with auto hold, rear disc brakes, ambient lighting, a powered driver's seat, and a panoramic sunroof, are among the key highlights of the new Safari.
A 170PS 2-litre diesel engine may be coupled with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission to power the three-row Safari SUV. While it's simply a front-wheel drive vehicle for now, Tata may add an all-wheel drivetrain later if consumer demand warrants it.
Tata begins the pricing of the Safari from Rs 14.99 lakh and a range-topping Adventure variant will cost from Rs 22 lakh onwards.
