The Renault Kiger offers the segment-leading boot space in the sub-4 metre SUV category. It provides 405 litres of boot space and measures 3,991 mm in length, 1,750 mm in width, and 1,605 mm in height. The Kiger starts from Rs 6 lakh and rises up to Rs 11.23 lakh (ex-showroom).
Kia Sonet: 392 litres
The Kia Sonet, measuring 3,995 mm in length and 1,790 mm in width, offers a boot space of 392 litres. It starts at Rs 7.79 lakh and a top-end model would set you back Rs 15.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Nexon: 382 litres
The Tata Nexon measures 3,993 mm in length, 1,811 mm in width, and stands 1,606 mm tall. It comes with a 382-litre trunk and starts from Rs 8.15 lakh and prices rise to Rs 15.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
Mahindra XUV 3XO: 364 litres
The latest kid on the block is the Mahindra XUV 3XO and it offers a boot space of 364 litres. The 3XO is 3,990 mm long, 1,821 mm wide and 1,647 mm tall. Prices for the Mahindra start from Rs 7.49 lakh to Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Punch: 366 litres
The Tata Punch, a sibling of the Nexon, is one of the most affordable compact SUVs in the market. With dimensions of 3,827 mm in length, 1,742 mm in width, and 1,615 mm in height, it provides 366 litres of boot space. The starting price for the Punch is Rs 6.13 lakh and rises to Rs 10.20 lakh (ex-showroom).
