2024 TVS Jupiter launch on 22 Aug
TVS Motor Company has set the stage to introduce a new Jupiter on 22 August. The updated scooter has also been teased on social media handles of the brand, offering a glimpse of its fresh design.
2024 TVS Jupiter: Design
As seen in the teaser, the upcoming 2024 Jupiter will come with a new full-length LED light bar that also duals up as LED turn indicators. While the teaser shows only limited details, we expect the scooter to get new LED headlamp, redesigned rear section and taillamp, fresh colours and graphics, updated switchgear and display console, new alloy wheels design, and new seat layout. Overall, the 2024 Jupiter could bear an upmarket and modern design to keep up not only with its competition but also with the electric scooters.
2024 TVS Jupiter: Features & specifications
TVS is likely to offer the 2024 Jupiter all-LED lighting, a USB fast charging port, Bluetooth-enabled fully digital display with turn-by-turn navigation, dual disc setup, telescopic front forks, adjustable rear suspension, tubeless tyres, auto engine start/stop, electric starter generator, and hazard light switch, among others.
2024 TVS Jupiter: Engine
Powering the on-sale Jupiter is a 109.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 7.77PS and 8.8Nm of torque. This motor is expected to remain unchanged for the updated model, but might receive a minor tweak. Meanwhile, it competes against the Honda Activa 6G and Hero Pleasure.
The prices of the current Jupiter ranges between Rs 76,116 and Rs 91,536 (ex-showroom). TVS may revise prices of the refreshed model.
