2024 Yamaha Fascino S launched; prices start at Rs 93,730
Yamaha has introduced the new Fascino S 125 in India. This scooter comes with a new 'Answer Back' feature and is offered in three paint schemes: Matte Black and Matte Red shades costs Rs 93.730 (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the Dark Matte Blue colour has been priced at Rs 94,530 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
2024 Yamaha Fascino S: Highlights
Enabling the users to locate their scooter remotely, the new 'Answer Back' feature of the 2024 Fascino S can be activated by pressing both side indicators and the horn for approximately two seconds. In order to use this feature, the owners will have to install the 'Yamaha Scooter Answer Back' app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, the users will need to register themselves and then pair the app with their scooter and press the answer back option available in the app dashboard.
Further, the Fascino S 125 continues with the silent starter function and automatic engine start/stop feature with two modes. It also gets telescopic front forks, a rear monoshock, drum brakes at both ends (disc at the front in higher variants), 5.2 litres of fuel tank, and 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheels. The Fascino 125 has a kerb weight of 99kg and an under seat storage capacity of 21 litres.
2024 Yamaha Fascino S: Engine specifications
Powering the scooter is the same 125cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers 8.2PS at 6,500rpm and 10.3Nm at 5,000rpm. Meanwhile, the Yamaha Fascino S 125 takes on the Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Access 125, and TVS Jupiter 125.
