2025 Tata Tiago, Tiago EV and Tigor launched

The 2025 Tata Tiago, Tiago EV and Tigor has been launched for Rs 4.99 lakh, Rs 7.99 lakh and 5.99 lakh respectively, the company has opened bookings for the same. Interested customers can book the vehicles on the official website. The company will be offering the 2025 Tiago in petrol, CNG and electric versions and the 2025 Tigor in petrol and CNG versions. Both cars will be available in MT and AMT options.

The 2025 Tiago and Tigor, both are powered by 1.2-litre Revotron engine that pushes 86 PS at 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of peak torque at 3,330 rpm. They both get a 35-litre fuel tank, 170 mm ground clearance, disc brakes upfront and drum setup at the rear, and 14-inch wheels.

Noteworthy features include cruise control, free standing 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, new 2-spoke steering wheel, rain sensing wipers, steering mounted controls, ABS with EBD, corner stability control, reverse parking camera, TPMS, and digital instrument cluster to name a few.

The Tiago EV houses a 24/19.2 kWh lithium ion battery pack that powers a permanent magnet synchronous motor that pushes 74.8/61 PS of power and 114/110 Nm of peak torque. Both motor and battery has an IP67 rating. It has a claimed range of 250 km for the 19.2 kWh battery and 315 km for the 24 kWh battery on a full charge which takes about 58 minutes via a fast charger. The company also claims a 0-60 kmph dash in just 5.7 seconds.

The Tata Tiago rivals the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, and Maruti Suzuki Celerio to name a few.
