Audi India opens its first showroom in Jharkand

Audi India has now opened its first showroom in the state of Jharkand. Located on Purulia PS road, Ranchi, the new dealership is a 3S facility that is spread across an area of 12,000sqft. Designed in tune with other Audi showrooms across India, the new dealership can display up to eight cars at a time.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Joe King, head, Audi India said, "Audi is the undisputed no.1 luxury car brand in India. We look forward to command a leadership position in the state of Jharkhand as well andÂ Audi Ranchi will accelerate our expansion into the eastern part of India. By opening another dealership in the country, Audi seems to be on a mission to consolidate its position in India for another year, and Â its focus on new and emerging markets in India will fuel its growth, as Joe King said, "Like Ranchi, Audi is placing an increasing number of showrooms at strategically important locations in tier II cities. This year, Audi also intends to open dealerships in other key locations including Madurai and Rajkot in order to penetrate deeper into the higher demand luxury car markets in India."

The workshop at Audi Ranchi is equipped to provide service that is at par with its global standards, says Audi. The company also adds that the service centre, which is spread across 7500sqft, has trained technicians who can service upto six cars in a day.

Audi India has recently added the A3 sedan,Â A3 cabrioletÂ and the R8to its product portfolio in India.

Audi Ranchi has a honeycomb aluminum facade on the exterior with a display area that can accommodate eight Audi cars. The showroom will display the entire model range of Audi cars available in India. Furthermore, Audi Ranchi will also house an Audi Shop where customers can purchase a variety of Audi branded merchandise. Audi Ranchi is equipped with a hand over area where customers will be given a memorable experience. The workshop is spread over an area of about 7,500 square feet and has a capacity to service 06 cars per day in a single shift on a total of 3 bays. The body and paint shop is also integrated in this workshop which will provide customers a complete solution for their cars.
