2017 Hyundai Verna launch on August 22
Korean carmaker Hyundai will reveal the latest iteration of its popular Verna sedan on Tuesday. While the company is saving some details for the launch, OVERDRIVE has learnt that the 2017 Hyundai Verna will be available in 1.6-litre petrol as well diesel engine options with increased fuel efficiency, and no smaller engine option as earlier. Both engines options will come in six trims each with 7 body colour options. Other new features in the Verna are the ventilated front seats, cooled glove box, sunroof and the smart opening boot. Being Hyundai's first launch since the new GST regime came into effect, pricing on the new Verna could prove crucial in showing the company's approach.
