Planning to buy a new car? This could be a good time. Dealers across brands are offering lucrative deals to clear the existing stock before the 2016 models arrive. Now, these discounts are valid only till stocks last. Also, the discounts being offered will vary from one dealer to another and across locations. But, as they say, it's better to bargain now than repent later. So, here's a list of new cars that are being offered with attractive discounts.

Chevrolet

A cash discount of Rs 30,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 are being offered on all variants and trims of the Beat. If you already own a Chevrolet car, a loyalty bonus of Rs 10,000 can be availed.

Enjoy

A cash discount of Rs 40,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 is being offered on the petrol and diesel variants of the Enjoy MPV.

Dastun

Go+

In a bid to lure buyers, Datsun dealers are offering a cash discount of Rs 25,000 on all trims of the Go+.

Fiat

Punto Evo

Dealers are offering a cash discount of Rs 30,000 on both petrol and diesel variants of the Fiat Punto Evo. By trading in your current car, you can avail of an exchange bonus worth Rs 20,000. If you already own a Fiat vehicle, you get a loyalty bonus of Rs 10,000.

Linea

A cash discount of Rs 50,000 and exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 are being offered on both petrol and diesel variants.

Honda

Brio

Buyers can avail a cash discount of Rs 20,000 across all trims,

Amaze

A cash discount of Rs 20,000 is being offered on both petrol and diesel versions of the Amaze. Additionally insurance worth around Rs 30,000 (depending on the trim) is being offered at no extra charge.

Hyundai

Eon

A cash discount of Rs 20,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 is up for grabs.

Grand i10

On both petrol and diesel versions, a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 is being offered.

Hyundai

Verna

A cash discount of Rs 40,000 is being offered along with an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. This is primarily to make way for the 2016 edition which should roll out shortly.

Santa Fe

On the slow moving (in terms of sales. . . duh!) Santa Fe, Hyundai showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 1 lakh.

Maruti

Alto 800

Buyers can take advantage of a cash discount of Rs 25,000 offered on the petrol trim while there is  on the CNG variant.

Alto K10

A cash discount of Rs 15,000 and 20,000 is being offered on the petrol and CNG trims respectively.

Wagon R

A cash discount of Rs 20,000 is being offered on the manual transmission versions while on the AMT you can get around Rs 25,000 off.  On the CNG version you can avail of a discount of Rs 15,000.

Celerio

Only on the petrol VXi AMT trim a cash discount of Rs 25,000 is being offered. Across all diesel trims you can get around Rs 25,000 off.

Swift

A cash discount of Rs 5,000 is being offered on all petrol trims and Rs 10,000 on all diesel trims

Swift Dzire

A cash discount of Rs 15,000 is being offered on all diesel trims.

S-Cross

Depending on stock, Maruti dealers are offering a substantial Rs 2 lakh off, on the 1.6-litre diesel variant.

If you work for a listed corporate company, then a corporate benefit of Rs 10,000 can be availed. Depending on the trim and variant, insurance worth Rs 42,000 is being offered for free.

Micra

Across all variants and trims a corporate benefit of Rs 6,000 and free insurance worth Rs 28,000 are being offered.

Terrano

On the Terrano SUV, Nissan dealers are offering insurance worth around Rs 50,000 for free. You can get another Rs 10,000 off if you work for a listed corporate company.

Renault showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 20,000 and insurance worth Rs 50,000 for free.

Lodgy

An exchange bonus of Rs 1 lakh and free insurance worth Rs 40,000 is being offered.

Skoda

Rapid

On the slow selling Rapid, Skoda dealerships are offering a cash discount of Rs 1 lakh across all variants and trim levels. If you are still unconvinced about the deal and continue negotiating, they will shave another Rs 30,000 off the price.

Toyota

Fortuner

Showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 30,000 on all versions of the Fortuner SUV.

Innova

On all trims of its MPV, Toyota dealers are offering a cash rebate of up to Rs 40,000.

Tata

Bolt

On the XE, XM and XMS trims of both petrol and diesel variants, a cash discount of Rs 15,000 is being offered. On the top petrol and diesel XT trim, a cash discount of Rs 25,000 is being offered.

Zest

A cash rebate of Rs 20,000 is being offered across all variants and trims.

Nano

On the manual transmission version a cash discount of Rs 20,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 is being offered. On the CNG version a cash rebate of Rs 50,000 is being offered. There are no discounts or benefits being offered on the AMT version.
