BMW CE 04: Design

The CE 04 electric scooter stands out with its sci-fi-inspired, futuristic design, bearing similarities to the 2020 Definition model. It features distinctive cornering headlights, daytime running lights, angular bodywork, and a flat, floating-style seat with contrasting accents. Additionally, the scooter offers keyless ignition.

BMW CE 04: Powertrain

Powered by an 8.9kWh battery pack paired with a liquid-cooled 42.5PS electric motor, the CE 04 offers a claimed range of up to 130km on a single charge. The scooter can accelerate from zero to 100 kmph in 9.1 seconds, reaching a top speed of 120 km/h. Charging options include a standard 2.3kWh cable, which takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge the battery from zero percent using a regular socket. An optional 6.9kW fast charger can reduce the charging time to approximately 1.5 hours.

BMW CE 04: Features

The CE 04 also boasts a spacious storage area with an unconventional side-opening door, unlike most scooters with under-seat storage. There is a 10.2-inch colour TFT display that shows various readouts and supports Bluetooth connectivity. Customers can opt for additional features such as a fast charger, heated grips and bench, TPMS, cornering ABS, and an emergency call system.

BMW CE 04: Specs

Built on a tubular steel frame, the CE 04 features 35mm telescopic front forks and a single-sided swingarm at the rear. It rides on 120/70 R15 front tyres and 160/60 R15 rear tyres.
