BMW G 310 RR gets new colour

BMW Motorrad India has introduced a new colour for its G 310 RR, called the Racing Blue Metallic. This new paint job is now available alongside the Sport and Cosmic Black 2 shades. Notably, the price of the G 310 RR starts at Rs 3.05 lakh (ex-showroom).

BMW G 310 RR: Racing Blue Metallic

The new Racing Blue Metallic paint scheme is identical to the Sport colour. It gets a new blue shade with mildly updated graphics, which are essentially BMW signature strips. Apart from that, the G 310 RR carries over the same design. Key highlights include split projector headlamps, sizable windscreen, muscular fuel tank, step-up and split seat, and raised tail section. Also, it boasts an aggressive riding posture.

BMW G 310 RR: Features & hardware

BMW has equipped the motorcycle with ride-by-wire, all-LED lighting, four riding modes (Track, Urban, Rain, and Sport), vertical colour TFT display, dual-channel ABS, upside down front forks, and rear monoshock with pre-load adjustability. The G 310 RR weighs 174kg with 90 per cent fuel and has a seat height of 811mm. It uses 110/70-R17 section front and 150/60-R17 section rear tyers.

BMW G 310 RR: Engine specifications

The G 310 RR continues to be powered by the 313cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled four-valve DOHC motor producing 34PS at 9,7000rpm and 27.3Nm of torque at 7,700rpm. This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Meanwhile, it provides a top speed of 160kmph.
