BMW to showcase the M6 Gran Coupe and the LCI M5 at Salon Privé
BMW has announced that it will showcase its two premier models the M6 Gran Coupe and the LCI M5 for the UK's premier boutique motoring show -- Salon Priv.
2013 BMW M6 Gran Coupe
Now entering its 8th consecutive year, Salon Priv will feature events such as the British Super Car Show, Concours d'Elgance, Tour d'Elgance, The Concepts & Prototypes Display, Boodles Ladies' Day, The Hyper Car Collection, Art & Memorabilia Fayre, and a Luxury Brands Village.
It is a three-day hospitality-only event for collectors, buyers, owners and enthusiasts that features the very finest automotive and luxury brands as well as the rarest and most valuable of classic cars and motorcycles, all of which are beautifully displayed on the lawns of one the UK's most spectacular stately homes, Syon Park.
The M6 Gran Coupe looks a sleeper version of the regular 6 Gran Coupe
The M5 and M6 are powered by the same V8 engine that develops 560PS and 680 Nm of torque reaching 100kmph from a standstill in just over 4 seconds, using a manual gearbox.
The 2014 BMW
The M5 on the other hand will benefit, starting this year, from the Competition Package, taking its biturbo engine output up to 575PS. Making its debut at the Nurburgring 24-hour race, the facelifted M5 version will arrive in dealerships near you later this year.
