Check out the 27-inch display in the updated Genisis GV70
The Genesis GV70 has received a mid-cycle upgrade to keep it feeling new. The SUV receives slight outward design improvements, mostly focusing on the front end, as well as extra cabin technology elements like the new big OLED screen.
The most significant modification inside is positioned directly in front of the driver. Genesis combined the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system display into a single, 27-inch OLED screen on the dashboard.
The rearranged air vents are now housed within the huge temperature control panel, which also includes physical knobs and buttons for widely utilized vehicle functions. The redesigned curving centre console now houses the temperature controls, which include both tactile and digital controls. Interior ambient lighting ' mood lamps' extend from the door trim to the dashboard, heightening the luxury sense.
The most visible alterations on the exterior are to the front of the vehicle. The grille features a new appearance with glossy highlights. The headlights also seem different, and the front bumper is bigger, with a slick section that resembles a skid plate. The rear turn signals have been merged into the taillights, and the 19-inch wheel design is new.
We don't expect any significant modifications to the GV70's engine options, which include a turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-four and a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6. These improvements are also anticipated to be available for the electric version, known as the Electrified GV70, soon.
Some rumours are floating around about Hyundai's luxury arm, Genesis launching in India in the coming months, although we expect the brand to be launched only in 2025.
