Hero Surge EV wins Platinum A’ Design Award
Hero MotoCorp's ground-breaking mobility solution, the Surge S32, has won the esteemed Platinum A' Design Award in the Vehicle, Mobility, and Transportation Design category. In the field of car design, the Platinum A' Design Award is a well-respected honour that recognizes outstanding pieces that highlight innovation and serve society.
The Surge EV's special feature is its ability to switch between two and three wheels with ease in only three minutes. With the clever user interface of this class-changing vehicle, which adapts to the kind of vehicle automatically, users can easily switch between modes with just three buttons.
The Surge S32 was developed almost four years ago by Hero MotoCorp's internal incubation centre, "Hero Hatch," which was established to promote an innovative culture within the company. Hero Hatch teams are made up of the company's current employees and operate like start-ups while utilizing resources from throughout the whole corporation.
Surge S32 has been designed by a talented team including Gaurav Dadheech, Satyendra Dhar Dwivedi, Rajat Bhardwaj, Prasanjeet Kumar, Sunil Nalawade, Deepak Chaudhry, Sunil Patel, Vishal Arora, Sunny Kumar Singh, Saurabh Kulkarni, and Deepanshu Gupta.
