Image Gallery: 2017 Lexus ES 300h first drive review
The Lexus ES 300h is the most affordable of the three cars in the company's initial line up for the Indian market. This hybrid luxury sedan goes up against the likes of the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Volvo S90. We've just driven the car through the lovely roads around Ooty and you can head here for our initial impressions. If you've already read the first drive review, scroll down for more images of the Lexus ES 300h
The Lexus ES 300h makes smart use of brand's extroverted design language. The car looks handsome and dynamic but without going over the top
The side profile is characterized by subtle lines in the metal work and a smartly designed window-line
Wrap-around tail lamps and a subtle spoiler complete the design at the rear
The front-wheel drive Lexus ES 300h strikes a great balance between ride comfort and handling fun
The Lexus ES 300h's Beautifully crafted interior is comfortable and has a good spread of features
The joy-stick like device that controls in infotainment system is a clever idea but feels a little too sensitive on our bumpy roads
Rear passengers get a separate climate control zone, making for three zones in total
425-litre boot conceals a full size spare tyre that is watched over by the car's tyre pressure monitoring system
2.5-litre hybrid drivetrain is shared with the Toyota, good for a combined 205PS
Handsome 17-inch wheels don't look too small in those wheel arches
