Mahindra XUV 3XO garners 50,000 bookings

Today, Mahindra opened bookings for the Mahindra XUV 3XO (previously XUV300), and the response has been surprising, with the SUV receiving 50,000 reservations within just an hour of bookings opening at 10:00 am. Interestingly, it claimed to received 27,000 bookings in the first 10 minutes. That said, the brand has already produced 10,000 units of the XUV 3XO and has a capacity to manufacture 9,000 units per month. Notably, customers deliveries will start on 26 May.

Mahindra XUV 3XO: Variants, colours & features

The Mahindra XUV 3XO is offered in several variants, each available in a range of colours, including Dune Dust, Citrine Yellow, Deep Forest, Everest White, Nebula Blue, and Stealth Black. Additionally, dual-tone shades are available with the higher-spec variants.

In terms of features, the XUV 3XO boasts new LED headlights, C-shaped DRLs, alongside newly designed 17-inch alloy wheels and LED tail lights with a light stripe. Inside the cabin, it offers a 10.25-inch all-digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, dual-zone temperature control, ambient lighting, a seven-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and three-point seat belts and reminders for all seats. Safety features include level-2 autonomy, six airbags, all four disc brakes, ESP, ISOFIX anchor points, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, hill start assist, and hill descent control.

Mahindra XUV 3XO: Engine specifications

Under the Bonnet, the XUV 3XO is powered by a choice of engines: a 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol delivering 130PS/230Nm, a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol generating 110PS/200Nm, and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel producing 117PS/300Nm. Transmission options include a six-speed manual, six-speed AMT, and a new six-speed torque converter.
