Mahindra XUV 3XO: Variants explained

Mahindra has officially launched the most awaited XUV 3XO at a starting price of Rs 7.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The 3XO will replace the outgoing XUV300 in the Mahindra portfolio and will renew the rivalry with other sub-4 metre SUVs in the market. The Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet etc have all grown very popular in this space and it will take a lot for the XUV 3XO to get a chunk of this segment.

There are 3 engines to choose from and that includes a 110PS/200Nm 1.2-litre turbo-petrol, a 130PS/230Nm 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol, and a 117PS/300Nm 1.5-litre diesel. All engines come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, with an optional 6-speed AMT available for diesel engines (AutoSHIFT+) and a new 6-speed torque converter for the turbo petrol.

The new offering from Mahindra is available in MX1, MX2, MX2 Pro, MX3, MX3 Pro, AX5, AX5 L, AX7 and AX7 L variants. Let's take a quick look at what each variant of the Mahindra XUV 3XO has to offer.
