The facility consists of multiple levels of production departments leveraging over 500 robots starting from a body shop which is completely AI driven and also a fully automated press shop. All of this is monitored from the "Nerve Centre" as Mahindra calls it. The AI driven atmosphere keeps automation at full output yet creates a safety net with 100% precision, keeping productivity high and space for mistakes at null.

The battery assembly section is fully automated and is one of the world's most compact battery manufacturing lines, employing patented processes and lean module assembly. It also employs a patented pallet design for optimal insulation and geometric accuracy and performs multi-layered end-of-line testing simulating real-world conditions.

The facility is said to have been built to lower the carbon footprint by 70% and also work on 100% renewable energy. Mahindra is working towards a 25% gender diversity along with a strong focus on local skill development.
