Maruti Suzuki XL6 CNG Vs Maruti Suzuki Ertiga CNG: What's different?
The Maruti Suzuki MPV lineup currently includes 2 cars Maruti Suzuki XL6 and Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. While only the Ertiga was earlier offered with a factory-fitted CNG, the Nexa retailed XL6 now too gets a factory-fitted CNG kit. But which one should you pick? Let's dive in and see which of the 2 is the one for you.
The 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine powers the XL6 CNG and the Ertiga CNG and produces 88PS and 121 Nm of torque while running on CNG. Both cars are only available in a 5-speed manual transmission. So under the bonnet, these cars are similar.
Some of the premium features available with the Ertiga CNG includes a leather-wrapped steering wheel with metallic teak wood finish, key-operated retractable ORVMs, cruise control, auto headlights with follow me home feature, and a 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system are just a few of the options.
The base Zeta trim is available for the XL6 CNG, as was previously indicated. Although it comes with features like push-button start, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay, it is missing out on extras like a 360-degree camera, tyre-pressure monitoring system, and ventilated front seats, which are available on higher versions.
Prices for the Maruti Suzuki XL6 CNG stand at Rs 12.24 lakh, while the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga CNG is priced from Rs 10.44 lakh to Rs 11.60 lakh.
