MG ZS EV to get a facelift for 2022?
The MG ZS EV is due for its first facelift ever since it was launched in India a few years back. MG has been spotted testing the ZS EV and it seems like MG have given the car quite a few updates resembling the MG Astor.
The MG ZS EV's front fascia has been modified to seem more modern and stylish. In addition, the car receives a new bumper, while the back of the vehicle receives a new taillight design and a big alteration to the rear bumper. LED headlights, DRLs and a new alloy wheel design are among the other key changes.
The MG ZS EV currently has a 143 PS electric motor that is powered by a 41kWh battery pack. The bigger, 51kWh battery pack, as seen on worldwide models, is likely to be offered with the MG ZS EV facelift.
A comprehensive list of features is scheduled to be included in the upcoming 2022 MG ZS EV makeover, including ADAS and a 360-degree camera. Pretty much all the level 2 ADAS features should be offered with the facelifted MG ZS EV.
A floating touchscreen infotainment system, a completely digital instrument cluster and contrast red stitching for the steering wheel are among the significant upgrades. A multi-function flat-bottom steering wheel, circular air vents on either side, a rotary dial for the gearbox and a black interior motif with silver inlays are among the other noticeable characteristics.
The MG ZS EV range currently starts at Rs 20.99 lakhs onwards (ex-showroom), but we could see that price tag rising with the list of additional features that are expected to come along with the facelift.
