New car discounts in India for first week of May 2016

Every new car showroom offers tempting deals to lure prospective buyers into making a purchase. However, the deals vary from one dealer to another and across cities. Here's a round-up of the current deals being offered by various manufacturers.

Audi

A4

On their A4 luxury sedan, Audi showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 4 lakh.

A6

If you are planning to buy the Audi A6 then now is a good time as showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 5 lakh.

BMW

3 Series

BMW showrooms are currently offering a cash discount of Rs 5 lakh on the 3 Series.

BMW 3 Series

5 series

On the BMW 5 Series a cash discount of Rs 5 lakh is being offered by dealers.

Maruti

Alto800

On their small car, Maruti showrooms are offering a cash discount of Rs 35,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000.

Alto K10

Depending on the trim, a cash discount of Rs 15-20,000 is being offered. By trading in your existing car you can avail of a Rs 15,000 exchange bonus.

Wagon R

On the CNG and petrol manual transmission versions, a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000 are being offered respectively. On both version an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 is also being offered. On the AMT version a slightly higher cash discount of Rs 25,000 is being offered. On the Stingray a cash discount of Rs 35,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 35,000 are being offered.

Celerio

On just the Vxi AMT trim and all diesel trims, a Rs 25,000 cash discount along with an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 is being offered. On the petrol and CNG versions only an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 is being offered.

Longterm_Maruti Celerio

Swift

On Maruti's popular hatchback, showrooms are offering a Rs 5,000 cash discount and Rs 10,000 exchange bonus on the petrol variants. On the diesel variants a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 are being offered.

Dzire

The petrol variants are being offered with a cash discount of Rs 15,000 and a Rs 20,000 exchange bonus. On the diesel variants, a Rs 10,000 cash discount and Rs 20,000 exchange bonus are being offered.

Ertiga

Only on the petrol variants a cash discount of Rs 10,000 is being offered. On the diesel variants, a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 are being offered.

Ciaz

Dealers are offering a cash discount of Rs 10,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 on the petrol variants. On the diesel variants only an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 is being offered.

Mercedes-Benz

C-Class

Showrooms will readily offer a cash discount of Rs 2.5 lakh. However, if you are persistent and can bargain hard, the amount will increase to Rs 4 lakh.

On the E-Class, Mercedes-Benz showrooms are currently offering a cash discount of Rs 5.5 lakh.

Renault

Renault showrooms are currently offering an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000.

Lodgy

On the 2015 stock, a cash discount of Rs 3-5 lakh is being offered depending on the trim.
