New Revolt RV1 launched in India; prices start at Rs 84,990
Revolt Motors introduced the new RV1 electric bike in India yesterday on 17 September in the presence of Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road, Transport, and Highway. It is availbale in two variants: RV1 and RV1 Plus at Rs 84,990 and Rs 99,990 (both introductory, ex-showroom).
Revolt RV1 Design & Colours
The RV1 features a neo-retro design, which has been a recent trend with the new motorcycles. It gets a round LED headlight with a ring-pattern DRL, sculpted side panels and tank, a single-piece seat, V-pattern LED taillights, and alloy wheels. Additionally, Revolt offers it in several colour options, such as red, neon, and blue.
Revolt RV1 Powertrain
Powering the RV1 is a 2.2kWh or a 3.24kWh battery pack with a range of 100km and 160km, respectively. It also features a fast charging option, which can charge the battery in an hour and a half. Meanwhile, the top speed is rated at 75kmph.
Revolt RV1 Features & Specifications
Key highlights of the RV1 include all-LED lighting, a six-inch LCD console, reverse mode, and riding modes. Revolt has equipped it with telescopic front forks, dual rear shocks, single disc at both ends, and chain drive instead of belt driven like the RV400. Plus, it has a capacity to handle a payload of 250kg.
