New Royal Enfield Bullet 350 launch soon: What do we know so far?
The new generation Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is set to arrive in India on 1 September, 2023. Ahead of its official launch, the details about variants, colours, and engine specifications have been leaked on the internet. On the flip side, Royal Enfield has posted several teasers of the new Bullet on its social media handles lately. That said, here we tell you everything you should know about the new-gen Bullet 350.
New Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Design, Variants, and Colours
The upcoming new-gen Bullet 350 will carry more or less the same design as the outgoing mode, featuring the round headlight, a single-piece seat, spoke wheels, a big tear-drop fuel tank, a long and thin side-slung exhaust, and a range of chrome-finished design elements (black elements for the range-topping variant). However, there are likely to be a few changes to its styling, including several modern touches. Notably, the motorcycle will also feature a new frame.
According to a leaked document, the new Bullet 350 will come with a choice of five colour options: Military Black, Military Red, Maroon, Black, and Black Gold across three variants. The mid-spec variant will get gold pinstripe, while the top-spec will boast coppa pinstripe.
New Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Engine, power outputs, and gearbox
Powering the new Bullet 350 will be the same J-series 350cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine that Royal Enfield uses on the Meteor 350, Classic 350, and Hunter 350. This unit produces 20.2PS and 27Nm of torque. It comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
New Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Features and specifications
Royal Enfield has given a few modern features to the new Bullet 350, such as an analogue cluster with an LCD inset that shows fuel level and trip meter. Additionally, there is a USB charging port. However, it retains the halogen headlamp, halogen indicators, and halogen taillight.
The motorcycle will boast telescopic front forks, dual-spring rear suspension, dual-disc at both ends paired with dual-channel ABS, a 100 section 19-inch tyre at the front, and a 120 section 18-inch tyre at the back. Apart from that, the bike maker will provide a range of accessories for the new generation Bullet 350, such as numerous engine guards, luggage systems, and mirrors, among others. Meanwhile, the new Bullet 350 will come with a three-year or 30,000km standard warranty.
New Royal Enfield Bullet 350: Prices
We anticipate the new Bullet 350 to go on sale with a higher price tag compared to the current model. The prices of the on-sale Bullet 350 range between Rs 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom) and 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Given that the new prices could start from around Rs 1.60-1.80 lakh.
