Ola S1 Air introductory price now valid until 15 Aug
Ola has officially extended the introductory price offer for its most affordable S1 Air electric scooter until 15 August, 2023. Currently, the electric scooter is priced at Rs 1,09,999 (introductory, ex-showroom), while it will cost Rs 1,19,999 (ex-showroom) thereafter. The deliveries of the EV are scheduled to commence in August 2023. Further, the electric two-wheeler manufacturer opened bookings for the S1 Air on 27 July, 2023, however the introductory price offer was only valid until 31 July, 2023. Meanwhile, Ola has discontinued the S1 electric scooter. Ola has said to have received an overwhelming response for the S1 Air electric scooter. The company garnered over 3,000 bookings within a few hours of its launch, according to media reports it has now accumulated an astonishing 50,000 reservations.
Ola S1 Air: Range and Battery Pack
The S1 Air, being the most affordable electric scooter in the Ola's lineup, gets a smaller 3kWh battery pack paired with a hub-mounted electric motor that produces continues power of 2.7kW, while the peak power is rated at 4.5kW. Above all, it promises an IDC (India Driving Conditions) range of 125km in Eco mode and 100km in Normal mode. The S1 Air provides a top speed of 90kmph. The battery takes about five hours to fully charge.

The S1 Air is more or less identical to the range-topping S1 Pro except for a new grab rail and a flat foot board. It is available in six vivid colour options: Steller Blue, Porcelain White, Coral Glam, Liquid Silver, Midnight Blue, and a new Neon shade. On the other hand, the EV offers boot capacity of 34 litres.

Ola has equipped the S1 Air with numerous features, such as digital key, a seven-inch colour TFT display, software over-the-air updates, music support, navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, keyless boot opening, three ride modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport, and reverse assist, among others. It comes with a pair of conventional telescopic front forks, a dual-spring rear shocks, drum brakes at both ends, and steel wheels.
