Royal Enfield Bear 650 pictures leaked
The pictures of the upcoming Royal Enfield Bear 650 - an Interceptor 650-based scrambler motorcycle - has been leaked on the internet ahead of the market launch. The leaked images show the production-ready design and colour scheme of the new motorcycle. Notably, the brand could introduce the new Bear 650 at the Motoverse 2024 (Rider Mania 2024) in Vagator, Goa.
Royal Enfield Bear 650 Design
The Bear 650 similar to the motorcycle it is based on. However, Royal Enfield has created a distinction between the two. The upcoming Bear 650 gets a vivid paint job, a round LED headlamp, LED indicators, a Super Meteor 650 or Shotgun 650-inspired taillamp, a new and elongated tail section, a single exhaust, a distinct single-piece seat, and a tubular grab rail.
Royal Enfield Bear 650 Features & Hardware
As seen in the picture, it borrows the new Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450's fully digital display, which also offers Google Maps, riding modes, phone connectivity, and more. Unlike the Interceptor 650, the Bear 650 features upside-down front forks but retains dual spring setup at the back. In addition, there are new block-pattern tyres, perhaps different size than the INT 650. We expect Royal Enfield to provide dual-channel ABS and a USB Type-C socket.
Royal Enfield Bear 650 Engine Specifications
Powering the Bear 650 is the same 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine that Royal Enfield uses in its entire 650 line-up. That being said, the Bear 650 may feature a different engine mapping to suite its character. Currently, this motor, paired with a six-speed gearbox, makes 47PS and 52Nm of torque.
Royal Enfield Bear 650 Price
The upcoming Royal Enfield Bear 650 could sit between the Continental GT 650 and Shotgun 650 when it comes to pricing. The INT 650 is the most affordable model in the 650 line-up, while the Super Meteor 650 is the most expensive.
