Skoda Auto India sold 3,543 cars in September 2022
Skoda Auto India reported a 17 percent rise in sales to 3,543 vehicles. In September 2022, the firm delivered 3,027 cars to dealers.
Skoda Auto India has increased its coverage from 175 touchpoints in December 2021 to 205+ touchpoints with the goal of reaching 250 by the end of 2022. The 95 percent localization of the MQB-A0-IN platform, on which the Skoda Kushaq SUV and the Skoda Slavia sedan are based, is a significant factor in the company's steady year-over-year growth.
India is now Skoda Auto's third-largest global market, behind Germany and Skoda's native Czech Republic. The business also thoroughly updated all of its showrooms throughout the first three quarters of 2022, turning them into completely digitalized spaces with interactive elements that will improve clients' decision-making and purchasing experiences.
