Tata Safari facelift spotted testing and expected to receive ADAS features
Recently, Tata Motors stated that its forthcoming portfolio of vehicles would have ADAS technology. The Tata Safari, the company's current flagship model, will probably be the first to use this cutting-edge ADAS technology. At the forthcoming Auto Expo in January 2023, the Safari's facelift version will most likely be presented.
Tata Safari has frequently been seen doing testing on Indian highways, and this time we have a clear picture of a Tata Safari covered in camouflage. The ADAS radar is clearly visible in the lower front bumper, indicating that the next Tata Safari facelift would have it.
The outside and inside of the SUV will receive modest cosmetic updates from the Indian brand. The Tata Safari facelift will have more amenities within the interior, including a digital driver display, a larger touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connectivity, and a 360-degree surround-view camera. The SUV will still include amenities like a driver seat that can be adjusted in six different ways electrically, a rearview mirror that dims automatically, a panoramic sunroof, leatherette upholstery, and a nine-speaker JBL music system.
The same 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine that generates 170PS and 350Nm of torque will power the 2023 Tata Safari facelift. Both a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox and a 6-speed manual transmission are available.
