Triumph Scrambler 400X gets new colour
Triumph India has just launched a new Pearl Metallic White colour for the Scrambler 400X. After the launch of the 2025 Speed 400 and Speed T4, the Scrambler 400X was expected to get similar updates, including new colourways. Even though there is a new colour, Triumph may launch the 2025 Scrambler 400X in the coming weeks or months with a marginal price hike.
Triumph Scrambler 400X Price & Colours
The Scrambler 400X continues to be available in three existing paint schemes, namely Matt Khaki Green with Fusion White, Carnival Red with Phantom Black, and Phantom Black with Silver Ice. Now, customers can also pick the new Pearl Metallic White option. Notably, the motorcycle has been priced at Rs 2,64,496 (ex-showroom).
Triumph Scrambler 400X Features & Specifications
Triumph has equipped it with a semi-analogue instrument cluster, traction control, ride-by-wire, slip-and-assist clutch, dual-channel and switchable ABS, and immobiliser. In addition, there are 43mm big-piston upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, 320mm single disc with a four-piston calliper, and a 230mm single rear disc. However, the Scrambler 400X gets organic brake pads instead of sintered units that are available with the Speed 400. It gets 100/90-19 section front and 140/80-17 section rear tyres. Meanwhile, the Scrambler 400X weighs 185kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres. Then, its seat height stands at 835mm.
Triumph Scrambler 400X Powertrain
Powering the Scrambler 400X is a 398.15cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that delivers 40PS at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 37.5Nm at 6,500rpm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
