Upcoming car launches in February 2024
We're just in the second month of 2024 and January already bought us several new cars ranging from the Tata Punch EV to vehicles like the Rolls Royce Spectre. While January was jam-packed with new launches, February will be rather quiet but we will still have a few new cars coming our way. Let's take a look at what the month of February is set to bring along.
Tata Tiago and Tigor AMT CNG
Tata Motors has already released teasers and launched bookings for its Tiago hatchback and Tigor small sedan, which will have an industry-first CNG-powered automatic option. Both versions will be powered by the same 1.2-litre engine and a 5-speed AMT transmission. The Tiago iCNG AMT will be available in three trim levels: XTA, XZA+, and XZA NRG, while the Tigor iCNG AMT will be available in XZA and XZA+. In terms of cost, we should expect the AMT versions to have a premium of around Rs 50,000 over the corresponding MT trim.
Mahindra XUV300 facelift
Mahindra is set to debut a facelifted version of its popular compact SUV, the XUV300. The XUV300's five variations are anticipated to remain unchanged, with the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options combined with manual and automatic gearboxes. The automobile is slated to get a big design update, with upgraded interiors and amenities. The XUV300 facelift pricing is projected to rise slightly from the existing SUV's Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 14.75 lakh.
Hyundai Creta N-Line
Hyundai has upgraded the Creta's look and interior. Now, the Korean automaker is slated to debut the Creta's sportier N Line model. Mechanically, the Creta N Line is projected to use a 160PS and 252 Nm, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine paired to a DCT automatic transmission. While there are rumours of the SUV receiving a 6-speed manual, Hyundai has yet to confirm this. Expect Creta N Line costs to linger just above Rs 20 lakh.
