Yezdi Adventure now available with 'Mountain Pack' as standard
Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has announced it is offering the Yezdi Adventure with the 'Mountain Pack' worth Rs 17,500 as standard. It was previously available as an optional extra. Although the brand has said that this is valid for a limited period, it has specified no date.
The now standard 'Mountain Pack' comprises a headlight grille, jerry can holders with two five-litre jerry cans, bar-end weights, a crash guard, and handguards. The prices of the Yezdi Adventure, even with the addition of the accessory pack, continue to be the same as before, ranging between at Rs 2.16 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in three colour options: Whiteout, Matte Slick Silver, and Matte Mambo Black.
The adventure motorcycle gets a fully digital instrument console, slipper clutch, dual-clutch ABS, telescopic front forks, a rear monoshock, Bluetooth connectivity, USB Type-C port, and a 320mm front and 240mm rear discs. Yezdi has given it 90/90-21 front and 130/80-17 rear tyres. Meanwhile, the Adventure weights 198kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 15.5 litres. Its seat height stands at 815mm.
Powering the Adventure is a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 30.3PS and 29.8Nm of torque. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
In other news, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles is said to be working on an updated Adventure, which is likely to get significant mechanical as well as other changes. The facelift is expected to keep it up with its competitors, such as the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and upcoming KTM 390 Adventure.
