Triumph today confirmed to OVERDRIVE that it will be launching the Street Scrambler on August 24 in India. As the model name states, the 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler is a more rugged offering based on the regular Street Twin. Triumph unveiled the all-new Street Scrambler at the EICMA 2016. The 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler is powered by the same 900cc motor that does duty in the Street Twin. However, this one comes with a slip clutch where the lever operation effort has been reduced. The British motorcycle manufacturer also offer over 150 accessories on the 2017 Street Scrambler. We believe the same will be offered in the India-spec model as well. Stay tuned to OVERDRIVE as we bring our initial impressions in the next few days. Here is a look at the images of the 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler.
