Royal Enfield Classic 350 single-seat variant introduced under 'Make Your Own' customization programme
Soon after the Jawa Perak, the most affordable Bobber was launched in the country followed Royal Enfield's 'Make Your Own' motorcycle customization programme. The customization programme will allow its customers to opt for the Classic 350 without the pillion seat which directly makes it a rival to the newly launched Jawa Perak.
The 'Make Your Own' programme has been initiated to allow the Royal Enfield customers to equip the motorcycle with a bunch of accessory from the factory without compromising on the product warranty. The accessories include engine guards, panniers, rear luggage rack along with an optional touring seat. The company is also offering alloy wheels which have been certified by ARAI and meets the quality standards. All the additional accessories under the programme will be homologated to ensure the quality and safety of the product.
Further, customers can choose from a variety of graphics to personalised the look of motorcycle's fuel tank and panels.
Currently, the 'Make Your Own' customization programme is available in six cities of India - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai and has been limited to the Classic 350 (single-channel ABS) variant. The programme will be extended to different regions across the country and more models in the manufacturer's portfolio in a phased manner.
The Classic 350 will come equipped with the same mechanicals and cycle parts as before. Gets a 349cc air-cooled engine producing 20PS and 28Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle comes with a standard two-year warranty.
