Image gallery: 2016 Skoda Rapid facelift
Skoda's facelifted Rapid, honestly looks like an all-new model. It is fresh and there is little giving it away that this is in fact a nearly 6-year old design. With the update, the Rapid now gets DRLs, new grille design, revised front and rear bumpers and smoked C-section tail lamps. Inside, there is a 6.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system that hosts MirrorLink, revised dual tone upholstery, and perforated seats. Under the hood lies the familiar 105PS 1.6-litre MPI petrol and the 1.5-litre diesel. The latter though is the updated version which first debuted on the Ameo. It makes 110PS and can be optioned with either a 5-speed manual or a DSG. Here is an image gallery which shows you what has changed in the new Skoda Rapid.
